Sarah is a coaching psychologist and positive psychology advocate. Holding a Masters degree in Positive and Coaching Psychology (UCC), she offers individuals a great wealth of empathy and understanding. Sarah believes that resilience is a constantly growing resource in everyone. The aim with the individual is to create ‘light-bulb’ moments.
