Kate is a Positive Psychology facilitator, performance and life coach. She is a Confidence and Public Speaker training facilitator. Passionate surrounding the psychology of optimal performance attainment and the steps necessary to maintain optimal levels of performance. Through the science of Positive Organisational Psychology and Positive Psychology interventions, she believes flourishing in the workplace can be transferred to one’s personal wellness and visa-versa. Kate recently completed research in the area of optimal performance work environments and self-awareness in high-achieving individuals. Combining psychometric analysis and a fusion of Positive Psychology elements such as mindfulness and meditation. Educated in UCC, she holds a Masters in Applied Psychology (Positive Psychology & Coaching). She served as a Governor to her University during her term as Deputy President in UCC Students’ Union. Her top strengths include rapport builder, esteem builder, emotional awareness and spotlight.
